// NATIONAL DAY — A Salute in the Sky
A Salute in the Sky to the Homeland
We remember this day in gratitude to Allah for the blessing of security and unity.
Allah, the Exalted, says:
﴿وَاذْكُرُوا نِعْمَتَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذْ كُنتُمْ أَعْدَاءً فَأَلَّفَ بَيْنَ قُلُوبِكُمْ فَأَصْبَحْتُمْ بِنِعْمَتِهِ إِخْوَانًا﴾“And remember Allah's favour unto you: how ye were enemies and He made friendship between your hearts so that ye became as brothers by His grace.” (trans. Marmaduke Pickthall)
Aal-Imran 3:103
And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
«مَنْ أَصْبَحَ مِنْكُمْ آمِنًا فِي سِرْبِهِ، مُعَافًى فِي جَسَدِهِ، عِنْدَهُ قُوتُ يَوْمِهِ، فَكَأَنَّمَا حِيزَتْ لَهُ الدُّنْيَا»“Whoever among you wakes up secure within himself, healthy in body, and has his food for the day, it is as if he possessed the whole world.”

To the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, may Allah protect and watch over him,
and to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may Allah grant him success,
and to every citizen and resident on the soil of this beloved homeland,
On a day when the pledge is renewed, I remember the moments when I carried this nation's flag through the skies of our homeland, and today I remember another journey I am building with the same loyalty and belonging: a digital legacy that I dedicate to a nation that taught me long before I could teach it anything.
May Allah bless our wise leadership, and may Allah protect the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, its people and its leaders: mighty, secure and prosperous, beneath the banner of monotheism, forever.
This year's slogan, “Our Pride, By Nature,” sums up what I have lived myself: that pride and achievement are not a passing moment, but an authentic nature that endures however circumstances change.
Happy National Day to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to the Custodian of its Two Holy Mosques, to its trusted Crown Prince, and to its proud people.

Vision 2030 keeps accelerating at a remarkable technological pace, and these are two milestones I'm proud to watch closely, given my field:
// NEOM — OXAGON
The Middle East's largest AI factory
NEOM × DataVolt
A partnership to build an integrated AI data center with 1.5 gigawatts of capacity in Oxagon, with an initial investment of $5 billion, expected to be operational by 2028, a pivotal step toward a Saudi data-driven economy.

// LEAP 2026 — Riyadh
AI Center of Excellence
Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development
Launched in partnership with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Microsoft and Gulf Intelligence, during the fifth edition of the LEAP conference (August 31 – September 3, 2026), to accelerate AI adoption in the Saudi labor market and develop national talent.

These milestones are not just news I follow from afar. They are the very same wave on which I built “AWNK,” and I'm betting that it continues. When the state's vision meets the efforts of individuals, results accelerate.
